Cancellation Policy
Welcome to Rebound Sports Stadium By making a booking with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. All bookings must be paid in full at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged. Bookings are confirmed only once payment has been received. Rebound Sports Stadium does not provide refunds for cancellations, change of mind, non-attendance, or unused booking time. If at least 24 hours notice is given prior to your booking start time, we are happy to reschedule your booking to another available date and time. Rescheduled bookings must be used within 3 months of the original booking date unless otherwise approved by management. Requests made within 24 hours of the booking time may not be eligible for rescheduling. Booking times include setup and pack-up time. Late arrivals may result in reduced playing time, as bookings will still finish at the scheduled end time to avoid impacting other customers. Failure to attend a booking without notice will be treated as a forfeited booking and is not eligible for refund or reschedule. As an indoor venue, bookings generally proceed regardless of weather conditions. In the unlikely event Rebound Sports Stadium must cancel a booking due to maintenance, safety concerns, power outages, or other unforeseen circumstances, customers will be offered either a rescheduled booking or venue credit. All guests and participants must behave respectfully toward staff and other patrons, wear appropriate non-marking footwear, follow venue safety instructions, and treat facilities and equipment with care. Rebound Sports Stadium reserves the right to refuse entry or end a booking without refund if behaviour is unsafe, abusive, or causes damage. Any excessive mess, damage, or misuse of equipment or facilities may result in additional cleaning or repair charges. Participants use the facilities at their own risk. Rebound Sports Stadium is not responsible for lost or stolen items or belongings left unattended. By completing a booking, all customers acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions.
